Founded in 1994, the Everglades chapter provides monthly programs from September through May. While the majority of our programs are educational, we have a National Philanthropy Day celebration every year in November.

The CFRE Review Course will be held on May 5 - 6, 2015.

The AFP CFRE Review Course is a two-day program led by instructor Peggy Calhoun, ACFRE, that offers experienced fundraising professionals an opportunity to review the main components of a complete fundraising program.

The CFRE Review Course will help prepare you for the CFRE exam.  The Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential provides you with a recognizable demonstration of your personal and professional achievement and commitment.

The Program is governed by the CFRE International. The Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential demonstrates an individual's mastery of the standards set for core knowledge and skills required of fundraising executives after five years of experience. This practice-based designation requires demonstration of having met these standards through both an application and a written examination.
